Shannon Brett and Jana Skinner are the owners, head artists and advanced SMP educators at the Pro Micro/Black Rain academy in Australia. Both are award winning artists, internationally and nationally recognised as each being within the top 10 SMP artists in the world today. Shannon and Jana were hand picked by Tony Abbagnato to exclusively represent the Black Rain academy here in Australia. The Black Rain academy is now growing world wide under the guidance of Tony A. to become the number one SMP training program available in the world. We offer three training courses - Beginner, Refresher and Masterclass. The beginner course is for anybody new to the industry. The refresher course is designed for existing artists who feel they need a bit more knowledge and hands on experience if they have been out of the industry for a period of time or feel they didn't gain enough knowledge from another training provider. The masterclass is designed for established artists who are looking to up skill and learn advanced cutting edge application techniques. Beginner

Without having to travel overseas you'll receive the full comprehensive Black Rain Academy training course designed and developed by the worlds leading SMP artist, Tony Abbagnatto from Italy with the addition of two of Australia's best SMP artists Shannon Brett & Jana Skinner. the beginner course is challenging, but highly rewarding for anyone that shares our focus and determination to master the art of SMP. Refresher
SMP mentoring/artist refresher for existing artists already having completed a basic training course. Our mentoring program came about due to the high number of artists contacting us looking for help feeling not competent or confident enough after training elsewhere.

Troubleshooting with individual struggles, e.g. scars, hair transplant clients, density treatments, hairline design and execution effectively a lot of aspects of SMP that aren't touched on in depth in basic training.

Mentoring days are tailored to the individual needs of the artist, can be one, two or three days, in our clinic or yours (we travel/fly interstate if it suits your budget to add on our travel costs) Full and undivided attention is yours for the day, 1 on 1. Our aim is to provide you with as much value as an artist as we possibly can.
